Frequently Asked Questions

• On the Adult Learning Systems  360™ homepage, click the the top navigation bar (top right/ three lines), and click “ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION” 
• Choose your selected course, and pay for your course selection.
•  After you register and pay for your course, the order confirmation screen will load. 
• A Course download button appears immediately on the order confirmation screen. Your downloadable items include your official Course PDF document, and Course instructions/navigation page.
• Additionally, you may receive an email containing the Course download link (please check your Spam folder).

With your PDF Course document, you can access your Course materials on your own time, at your own pace - and from any device with an internet connection. CLICK HERE to contact us for further questions.

• Yes, you will receive a course completion certificate via email.
• If renewing your license, please keep a record of your course completion certificate for license renewal and submission to your State Board.
• After submitting your quiz, you can view your quiz results. 
• Your end-of-course quiz is also a record of your course completion.  
• Adult Learning Systems 360™ will keep a record of your course completion (certificate and quiz results). We will also forward your course completion information to your respective State Board  (if required to do so).
• Your course completion certificate will be issued after your course registration and payment are received.  
• If you have not received your certificate within 24 hours of taking your course, please contact us, and we will be glad to help.
